Blythe Island Regional Park is a 1,100-acre public park that offers a wealth of outdoor recreational activities for the whole family. Located between Jacksonville and Savannah, the park is surrounded by popular local attractions such as Jekyll Island, Sea Island, and St. Simons Island, a selection of excellent restaurants, great shopping, and championship golf courses. The park is home to a freshwater lake for swimming and fishing, spacious picnic pavilions, a children’s playground, camping, hiking and mountain biking, and a marina and dock with access to the South Brunswick River. Pavilions can be rented for special celebrations such as weddings, with spectacular views over the lake.
